Condition, Age, and Dimensions:
Our inventory comprises mostly reclaimed or salvaged items. While we provide details regarding their condition and descriptions, customers must ensure suitability for their intended use.
The age and provenance of items are approximations based on our knowledge, without guarantee. All goods are sold "as seen," and we bear no responsibility for ensuing loss or damage. Metrics like dimensions may be approximate and in metric or imperial units. Contact us for clarifications prior to purchase.
Customization:
Full payment is required before any customization or alterations. Customized goods cannot be returned.
Warranties:
Except where limited by statute, no warranties are implied regarding quality, lifespan, wear, or suitability of supplied goods.
Payment, Pricing, and Rights:
Full payment, including VAT, is due before collection or delivery. We accept various payment methods but reserve the right to refuse certain types. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling and subject to change without notice. Purchasers bear currency conversion charges if applicable.

Storage:
Goods must generally be collected or delivered upon payment. We may store items at our discretion, possibly charging storage fees after an agreed period. Purchasers assume risk for stored items.
Delivery:
Delivery charges apply, with delivery to kerb or agreed location. Unpacking or further handling is not included unless agreed. We are not liable for damage or loss once goods are offloaded. Purchasers must provide adequate labor and facilities for moving goods.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery, with quoted times subject to change. We undertake to refund payments for undelivered goods but assume no further liability.
